Built to last, the dryer’s interior is made of 2 mm thick SS 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance, while the 3 mm SS 304 outer body provides durability. Fully welded construction prevents material buildup, ensuring hygiene and easy cleaning to meet GMP standards.

Inside, the rounded, cooved corners aid thorough cleaning, preventing cross-contamination. The dryer uses a powerful axial blower for balanced airflow, and it offers both electrical and steam heating options, allowing flexibility to suit your operational needs.

The control panel offers full process control with a variable speed drive for the blower, plus a digital temperature controller and timer for precise customization. Our single SS 316 trolley holds 48 trays, with each tray die-pressed with curved corners to prevent material accumulation.

Our innovative blower and heater design delivers 30% faster, uniform drying than standard models, making this dryer ideal for quality-sensitive industries like pharmaceuticals and food production. We manufacture tray dryers from 4-tray to 384-tray models.
