Launch of SCDF’s Latest Unmanned Ground Vehicles

SCDF launched two new Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs) - the High Mobility Modular Machine (H3M) and the 3rd Generation Unmanned Firefighting Machine (UFM3.0), at the 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗲-𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 & 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 (𝗦𝗚𝗙𝗣𝗖) 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯.

Apart from being deployed for major firefighting operations, the H3M, with its modularity and versatility, can also perform a wide range of support functions at the incident ground, such as the transport of heavy equipment, casualty conveyance, and debris clearance for firefighting and rescue operations. The UFM3.0 is equipped with high water output and a high-capacity ventilator that serves to complement the H3M at the fire ground.

The two newly launched UGVs will augment SCDF firefighting operations during major fires and reduce the operational risk to firefighters during prolonged operations.
