Devonport’s Georgie Gott lost the use of her legs just before her second birthday.
As a teen she set her sights on becoming an occupational therapist like those who helped her through the surgeries, wheelchairs and challenges of her youth.
In March, the newbie wheelchair basketballer walked the iconic Three Capes track, battling blistered hands to complete the 48km on her crutches.
