Whether you are sipping fresh coffee in the morning or enjoying a glass a wine in the evening under the big Texas Sky we welcome you to this Modern Farmhouse Designed home.
The space
This A-Frame home has been completely remodeled in 2020. The style would be best described as Modern Industrial Farmhouse. There are several special touches around the house that make the house unique like the one of a kind wooden art wall as you enter the upstairs.

There is a Primary Bedroom upstairs with a Queen bed and sofa. Downstairs is a queen sleeper sofa. We also have a self inflating queen size air mattress if needed.

Linens, towels, pillows are supplied.

The kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, blender, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, wine opener, etc.

There is one bathroom with a walk in rain shower. Soap, Shampoo, and Toilet Paper are stocked.

The house has fast wifi, netflix, hulu. The TV is a smart TV, so yo can also sign into your own TV apps if you would likes.

There is heat and AC controlled by remotes both upstairs and downstairs.

Backyard includes a charrcoal bbq pit, and seating around a fire pit, under string lights.

There are two boat ramps in the neighborhood, #22 is less than 1 mile away. The house has plenty of parking for you and your boat.
