China's 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-25) positions Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) as the nation's offshore financial hub. And the city is delivering. Assets under management are close to a record $4.5 trillion. At a time of global uncertainty, Hong Kong SAR is attracting more wealth through private firms managing fortunes for ultra-high-net-worth families. Authorities want that number to reach 3,000 by the end of 2025. CGTN's Huang Fei spoke with Jason Fong, Global Head of Family Office at Invest Hong Kong, about why investors view this city as a safe and dynamic bet.
