To dispose my clothes responsibly, I segregate them into 4 parts and you can do the same.
dy Clothes which can be used in some ways- reuse Clothes which can be changed into something useful-Upcycling or donate them to someone who can use them.
@ Clothes which cannot be used further give them for recycling
Esa Clothes which are in great condition, donate to people who need them more than you or resell and earn cash or credit

@recircle.in Donate clothes if you don't wish to segregate except your intimate wear. You just have schedule a pickup for at least 10 kg.
@respun_ Book your clothes pickup for recycling (you will have to pay and schedule for a pick-up for the clothes which can be scrapped and recycled.
