Shoshp (Chitrali Halwa) is a famous traditional sweet of Chitral. It is a season centric food especially cooked in winter. This dish neither needs cooking oil, nor any sugar rather walnuts is used as oil and Shoshp Pesheru (special flour) is used for sweeting. The cooking requires about 10 hours and during this time it needs consecutive stirring.
