When considering should you buy views on youtube to boost your growth, you have to remember that there are no shortcuts to success. It can definitely be tempting to buy views on youtube or buy views for youtube video, but I can tell you from experience that when you buy views, that youtube promotion is actually hurting your channel. I never stopped to think should I buy views or should you buy views, but instead I simply looked around for a youtube promotion service like buying views on fiverr where you have the option of buying youtube subscribers and views. But when it comes to buying views, you have to remember that these are fake youtube views. They aren't fake in that they'll disappear, but more so in that no one is really watching and the watch time on them is really bad which hurts your channel. You also get no likes or comments which also sends signals to the algorithm that your video is bad. And you should ask yourself when considering should you by views or should I by views, "is it ok to buy views?" because this is actually youtube views fraud that is against YouTube's terms of service.
