I know that lots of you watch my ASMR to chill out and drop off, but this time, could I please have your attention? There are lots of lovely relaxing tests to do which involve you having to concentrate a little and not let your mind wander. You'll find short sequences, a fun arrow following exercise at 25:24 and some lovely lights. See how you get on, but if you find it's just a little too taxing and you'd rather zone out, then who am I to argue - enjoy!
