One for the books! Finally, after planning this flight in my head for what feels like an eternity, I did it. I returned to Chicken Rock to shoot that fantastic little solitary lighthouse.
I’ve always found the lighthouse and it’s surroundings so interesting. You’ll see in the video that the lighthouse is surrounded by tiny whirlpools which adds to its eerie aesthetic. As creepy as I find this building, it also fascinates me. It’s location being the biggest draw, seemingly in the middle of nowhere which attracts so very few visitors and attention, perched on a tiny section of rocks in the sea.
I give you, “The Return to Chicken Rock!”.
