We visited the Municipality of Sinait, Ilocos Sur to witness the amazing view of Cabangtalan and Lugo Beach. Cabangtalan beach experience is outstanding because of its fine white sand and calm waves which really suits the cravings of tourists whose looking for a new place to spend the holiday.
