आफ्नो विगतका कुराहरुलाई बिर्सनुहोस् । Forget your Past. Kaushila Bhandari

The great apostle Paul had a past he wasn't fond of. He had a history of persecuting the church. Yet, once he accepted Christ Jesus as his Lord and Savior, Paul mentions that he strives forward toward his goal, forgetting the past. He ended up dying for Christ and writing several letters in the New Testament. Almost all of us commit silly mistakes at some point in our life. These experiences and memories challenge our good efforts at present and threaten to stop our journey forward. However, just as an athlete is always focused on the goal, we have to forget the things of the past and keep striving toward our destiny.

प्रेरित पावलको विगत असल थिएन । मण्डली र विश्वासीहरुलाई सताएको उनको इतिहास थियो । तर पनि, जब उनले प्रभु येशूलाई आफ्नो प्रभु र मुक्तिदाता भनी ग्रहण गरे, उनले आफ्नो विगतलाई बिर्सेर जोडसँग अगाडि लम्कने अठोट गरेका छन् । पछि गएर उनी ख्रीष्टको निम्ति सहिद भए, र नयाँ करारमा भएका थुप्रै पुस्तकहरु पनि लेखे । हामी सबै जनाले पनि, आफ्नो जीवनको कुनै न कुनै क्षणमा गल्ती गरेका हुन्छौँ । ती अनुभवको यादले हाम्रो शान्तिलाई चुनौती दिन्छन् र हामीलाई अगाडी बढ्नबाट रोक्न खोज्छन् । तर पनि, हामीले ती कुराहरुलाई बिर्सेर ख्रीष्ट येशूमा भएको हाम्रो उद्देश्यलाई पुरा गर्न जोश सँग अगाडी बढ्नु पर्छ ।
