How much trimming is needed when running 12 inch wide wheels on a F-150?!

I have a 6 inch lift on 35s with 20x12 -44 wheels on my 2018 Ford F-150! I show you how much trimming I have needed to do to make this wheel and tire set up fit on the truck!!
