SpainHomes is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the renovation project. Our focus is on creating a home that functions for the family and high-quality improvements to the home that will yield the highest return on investment. Additionally, maintaining a balance between modernizing and keeping some of the home’s original charm and character.

This includes structural assessment, budgeting, permits and regulations. The structural repairs that we will be addressing are the foundations and roof, plumbing and electrical, insulation and windows. Regarding the interior modernization, SpainHomes will also be responsible for overseeing the layout reconfiguration, kitchen and bathrooms, flooring and lighting. Furthermore, the aesthetic enhancements comprise of paint and wall finishes, built in storage, technological integration, sourcing materials and landscaping.

The project is due to be completed within a year.
