In this video, you'll see what's in the box as well as how to upgrade the firmware. Be patient, as it took multiple attempts to install the new firmware. I edited out parts that took too long, but you can see how many times I had to click the "Upgrade Firmware" button before getting to the latest version. After a couple weeks, I have to say I'm pleased with this router. I'm not getting any dropped connections, and the wifi signal is stronger and I no longer have to have extenders everywhere just to get wifi on the other corner of the house.
