Experience one of the most legendary guitars of the 20th century: Robert Bouchet No. 88 (1962), and one of my personal favorite recordings yet...
Robert Bouchet, a Paris-based artist turned luthier, built only 154 guitars in his lifetime. This instrument, crafted the same year as Julian Bream’s beloved Bouchet (lost), represents his work at its pinnacle. With breathtaking color, balance, and aura, each note blooms into the room with unmatched richness.
This guitar remains in excellent condition, with no cracks or repairs with only a repolish to the original French polish. A rare opportunity to experience the sound that inspired Daniel Friederich and shaped the French school of lutherie.

Note: I had heard he built a guitar for Andres Segovia but I'm not finding evidence of it - my apologies for the mistake.
