This is what almost 10 years of dedication looks like.
I remember listening to this for the first time back then in the basement of my good friend Philip and thinking to myself "How can anybody play this stuff?? It's so fast and complex... I have to learn this haha!". And now, 10 years later, I can finally play the whole thing without too much struggle. Of course it's not perfect but I'm still happy I can play it that way. Don't forget to set yourself big goals and to never give up!
Kicks are triggered and sampled, snare and toms samples are lightly added to the mic sound mix, but not quantized.
