Bridging The Gap - Bentley Systems | Burns McDonnell | Michigan Department of Transportation

Industry leaders, Bentley Systems, Burns McDonnell, and the Michigan Department of Transportation joined forces to highlight the critical work each organization does in furthering equity in infrastructure. Additionally, in announcing their joint appearance at the National Society of Black Engineers Conference, they also provided an in-depth window into who they each are as an organization, and how they are strategically creating sustainable pipelines to recruit, retain, and promote diverse talent in the billion dollar infrastructure and transportation industry. The goal of the video was to highlight the power of collaboration to figuratively and literally advance infrastructural equity and inclusion.
