Summary:

The Audio panel has two main functioning parts in the A2A Simulations Cesssna 172R Trainer. The first shows what channels are being broadcasted into the the cockpit and the second is a selection of which COMM system the pilot's microphone transmits to.

The next part involves checking out the NAVCOM 1. We see how to change the standby and active frequencies. You find out how to bring up and store pre-stored frequencies in the COMM side and that the internal memory has up to 32 frequencies. We also look at the NAV side and how we can use it to look at radials directly at the NAV station and how to measure elapsed time and setting a timer.

Finally we look at the Transponder. We find out how to turn on the transponder, test it and change squawks. We also find out how to change the stored VFR default squawk code. We also look at the difference between having the transponder in the ALT and ON modes.
