build huge 3D letters- how to make for parties and events

We were contacted by a client to make some 5 foot 3D letters. These are the largest ones we have done to date.

wood used:
1/4" lauan plywood
3/4" sande plywood

tools:
jigsaw
circular saw
table saw (optional)
sander
flush trim router bit
pin nailer
brad nailer

adhesive:
wood glue
CA glue with instant activator

came out great.

Due to Montclair's strong artist community, the shop showcased local artists through Gallery Nights, hosted creative workshops & held concerts & private events.
