Things I recommend for the phone convo:
#1. Just get started
#2. Let the leasing agent drive the conversation
#3. Put the phone on speaker during your call if you can and record with your other devices (I know you have multiple phones, iPads, etc)
#4. Confirm the leasing agents name
#5. Read the shopper story before the call :)
#6. Be conversational
#7. Don't say I saw you on rent.com... {(watch video to find out why :)}

Be prepared to answer these 10 questions a leasing professional might ask on an apartment shop.
What do you do for a job?
Do you have a preference as far as which floor you're on?
How many bedrooms do you want?
Is it just going to be you living there?
What is your price range?
Why are you moving?
