ADXP I MCO Berserker guts Animation:
This is the animation mod. You could skip this mod if you like but if you want to become like guts you need this mod because this mod offer you a really great animations. If you do end up Installing this mod I recommend install all of the requirements (except for the perks though it depends on you).

Berserker Armor - An Immersive Berserk-inspired Armor:
Again the armor mod is optional but I highly recommend it for better expirience. surprisingly this armor mod also adds more abilities and also bosses. combine this with the animation mod is really great.
Also in this mod there are different type of armor models you could use

I recommend the classic armor model because it worked the best for me and it is easier to install since this armor model doesn't need any other requirements and the model looks pretty great too. but feel free to try the other models for your self.

Extra stuff:
if you install the animation mod please install True Directional Movement mod for better third person because Skyrim third person is really really bad.
If for some reason there's an error in your nemesis engine for example error 2006 missing behaviour. install Nemesis Creature Behaviour Compatibility
if that doesn't work I cannot help you further.
