During a House Judiciary Committee hearing this month, Rep. Sydney Kamlager-Dove (D-CA) cited a study from the CATO Institute which found, excluding 9/11, the "right-wing share of murders in terrorist attacks" totaled "percent to 63 percent" since January 1, 1975.
