I’m going to make a longer version with the full song, so keep an eye out for it. This is just a short anti-Catradora edit for all the critics and antis out there! This song is a perfect encapsulation of why Catra and Adora will never work in a romantic or narrative sense, at least to me. Sometimes, you can love someone as much as you want, but if they hurt you like this, or if you hurt them… Then that’s not love, that’s abuse. And I think it’s only right that people are aware of that. So this is what this edit represents to me, anti-Catradora, anti-abuse, and abuse awareness! Remember kids, abuse is WRONG, it can happen to ANYONE, and ANYONE can be capable of it. Whether they’re straight, queer, man, woman, or whatever. Any gender, any race, any color, any age, any identity, any ability, even victims themselves. Abuse is real. And it’s not something to strive for or paint as beautiful. It’s ugly and it hurts real people every day.
