Day 22 complete ✅
Started with a pole fitness warm-up — danced to about 2.5 songs to get the body loose and energy flowing — then hit a solid jog. Held it steady and pushed harder at the end.
I’m loving how each day’s movement feels different — some days it’s sparring, tai chi, aerial, or weapons training. This October is all about consistent motion and showing up daily.
