I’ve been using the Alienware AW3423DW for over a year, and it continues to deliver an outstanding experience.
This 34-inch QD-OLED ultrawide monitor features a 3440 x 1440 resolution, 175Hz refresh rate, and 0.1ms response time, ensuring smooth performance and stunning visuals. The QD-OLED panel excels with vibrant colors, deep blacks, and impressive contrast, making it perfect for gaming and entertainment. Its 1800R curvature enhances immersion, while HDR performance with 1,000 nits peak brightness adds vivid highlights and detailed shadows.
The build quality is excellent, and the customizable AlienFX lighting integrates seamlessly into any setup. With DisplayPort, HDMI, and USB ports, it offers versatility for a wide range of devices. Over the past year, I haven’t encountered any issues with pixel quality, a common concern for OLED displays. However, the pixel density can make text appear less sharp compared to newer 32-inch 4K monitors, which may take a little getting used to.
