Pani puri chat is very famous Street food in India and also know as Puchka water or golgappa water This recipe is very easy to make Today i am going to share panipuri water premix powder .

This recipe is very easy to prepare and once you prepare this premix you will be able to make panipuri within seconds, and it tastes same as the fresh panipuri water.

Here to make the premix I have used dried mint leaves, dried coriander leaves, dried green chillies combined with some spices. We easily store this powder in fridge for 6 months.

Ingredients list :

Some dried mint leaves
Some dried coriander leaves
Some dried green chillies
Jaggery powder 4 tbspn
Citric acid 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 2 tsp
Black salt 1 tbspn
Chat masala 1&1/2 tsp
Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
Hing 1/4 tsp
Dried mango powder 2 tbspn
Salt as per taste
