Synopsis: The following End of the degree project is a creative documentary about kitesurfing, an action and extreme water sport. The viewer will be shown the beauty of the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt, a place where three worlds collide, the Bedouin natives of the land, the actual Egyptians, and the foreign community.
Seif El Din Darwish, 23, a local kitesurf instructor and professional rider for Brunotti Egypt , talks to us about how the sport has changed his and the Dahab community’s life. He is surrounded by different people, all from distinct backgrounds, brought together by this land and the love for the sport of Kitesurfing. The main location of the video is in Dahab, in south-eastern corner of the peninsula, a region which holds many turquoise blue water natural lagoons and amazing desert backdrops that create a beautiful contrast in the landscape.
