It's towards the end of Lockdown #6 in Melbourne and we've been away from in-person classes for who remembers how long? Zoom classes have kept us moving and engaged with each other, thank goodness. When I suggested this project it's fair to say there was general ambivalence and no great cries of 'oh yeah!' A little gentle persuasion later and we have 20 of us in this video. I'm so proud of them all! This is Level 1 from Celestial Tai Chi College's Yang Tai Chi.
