j-hope With Staff : What It's Like To Work For Hobi

BTS is known for treating their staff like family. Like how can you not want to go to work when you're greeted like this?

Hobi knows the BigHit staff are doing their assigned jobs, so he obeys them. Even when they tell him to unbutton his top. Even though Hobi knew his whole back was exposed, he still turned around when the staff said so.

It's so adorable to hear female staff calling Hobi by his nickname if they need him to go to them. If you're lucky, go out and watch a concert with Hobi.

Hobi understands that part of his success are the staff members, so he gives them the respect they deserve. Watch him make an effort to thank the staff during the JITB listening party.

Hobi would bring food for everyone, including the BigHit staff when he visited his member's MV shoot. Let's not forget how Hobi brought snacks for the staff when he wasn't even a guest of the show.

With his superstardom status, Hobi could just do whatever he wanted, and people around him would simply agree. But Hobi remains humble and listens to the BigHit staff's suggestions.

Despite being in the industry for a decade, Hobi maintains his incredible work ethic. It's quite clear how much the staff loves Hobi and appreciates him as well. They even made a cake for him for his hard work, and cutely called him "jjehope"
