TÜV NORD Certification

We earned the TÜV certification in 2014 with a tensile test of the hammer head bolt in the aluminum rail. To test tensile strength, they use a wedge pull test, where a wedge is placed under the head of the hammerhead bolt and force is applied until the hammerhead bolt breaks.
