Learning to free myself from discipline (a day of healing rituals, creativity, & self-love) 🪴🌞

Learning to choose my freedom over perfectionism has been one of the hardest choices I've ever made. I used to fill my day with "shoulds" and needed to be hyper-productive to feel good about myself. I used to push my body to its max and under eat trying to appear perfect, but inside I was struggling and never truly saw my beauty. I'm in the midst of breaking this cycle, but I felt called to share a day in my life to hopefully inspire those of you wanting to live a life of devotion over discipline. I hope you enjoy 💕
