Glute Focused Dumbbell Sumo Squat Tips:
1. Take a stance 1.5 to 2 times wider than shoulder width.
2. Point toes outwards and slightly lean forward for more tension on the glutes.
3. Keep chin down to maintain a neutral spine.
4. Engage lats by keeping shoulder blades down.
5. Position weights underneath lats, not shoulders.
6. Open up knees to align with toes during squat.
