Henry meets a Fedora hat in a vintage clothes shop. Henry learns all about being a Private Eye and what a detective is. Fedora is a huge fan of old Noir detective films and always wanted to sit atop the head of a real Private Eye and solve a case! Henry becomes a Private Eye and is transported into his own black and white film noir. He sits behind his desk in his dimly lit office.

Henry is a 4-year-old boy who always wants to learn and find out more. So each episode he has a friendly chat with whatever he meets - No matter what Henry meets, they’re always delighted to talk, laugh, and share their amazing world with him. He finds out so many amazing things about his new friends, he lets his imagination run wild and imagines himself. Every episode ends with Henry's mother calling him. Before he leaves, he always tells his new friends it was lovely talking to them and hopes they have a nice day.
