I Turned an Old Chandelier into a High Voltage Plasma Ball

In this video, I turn an ordinary thrift store chandelier into a high-voltage plasma ball! By replacing the standard wiring with a custom ignition coil driver and an Arduino, I can force plasma streams to dance inside regular lightbulbs.

This project combines physics, coding, and high-voltage electronics to modernize a vintage fixture. We’ll ditch the old 555 timer circuits for a more precise Arduino controller using the Timer1 library to adjust frequencies on the fly.

⚠️ WARNING: This project involves High Voltage (20k+ Volts). Do not attempt this unless you are experienced with high-voltage safety.
