ACA P-50 Tornado Siren Test, Alert and Attack, Milwaukee County Courthouse, Milwaukee, WI 1/8/2025

I recorded the first video of this siren from the top of this parking garage for Wisconsin SWA back in 2012. The weather was awful - windy and rainy, my equipment and I got soaked, my camera didn't have enough zoom and it only did alert. I had wanted to do this one again, especially before Milwaukee "upgrades" all its old stuff to boring 8 port DC sirens. I'd also heard from people involved with the replacement project that January could be this unit's last test - this wasn't true, but it gave me motivation to redo this one, which I'm glad I did. I went with Thomas and Jeff met us at the garage and I got this.

It was extremely cold and quite windy on the garage, but the distant echoes are incredible. Basically, everybody gets the same shot from this location, so I wanted to play with the drone and get some better perspective, with more of downtown Milwaukee in view.
