Dual aquarium sponge filters work great because they filter your aquarium and don’t have too much surface agitation. Having very little surface movement enables you to utilize Floating Aquarium Plants. Using Floating Plants super underrated type of filtration in this hobby.
My review on dual sponge filters is very positive. I utilize this type of sponge filter in 90% of my aquariums in the house. And that being said, I have over 50 aquarium set up right now and that says a lot. I plan on adding these every Plant Aquarium that I set up in the future as well.
