Ingredients : For Curry Crabs

Blue crab 🦀 or king crab buy as needed.
4 tbsp of green sesoning ( for recipe watch my video on guyanes currry chicken , very similar to trini )
4 tbsp of cajun seasoning
2 tbsp of curry powder ( Cheif curry powder )
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 whole garlic 🧄 crushed
1/4 of a large onion 🧅 chopped into small pieces
piece of ginger 🫚
4 sweet peppers chopped into small pieces
1 tsp of tumeric powder ( also known as safron powder )
1tbsp gera
1 tbsp of gara masala
1 can of coconut milk
4 - 5 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup of water or more depending on how many crabs you have in the pot . Water and coconut milk should cover the pot about 2/3 up.




Total cooking time is about 45minutes - 1 hour
