It took Harbor Freight 1-1/2 years to get these replacement 3/8" flex head ratchets with upgraded heads that should not lock up like the original released version from 18 months ago. and indeed i open them up they are using the same parts as the straight icon ratchets when means that the 1/4" flex and the 1/2" flex ratchets may be getting better heads in the future.
