This song was born out of a revelation.
I realized that ego, addiction, and the flesh nature are just like Venom from Spider-Man — a black suit that looks like armor but is really a parasite. It doesn’t force itself on you… it feeds on what’s already broken: anger, pride, pain, grief. Just like the symbiote, ego attaches itself and whispers lies until you think it’s part of you.

And a lot of churches don’t help — they give you loud music and emotion like a bell tower moment, shaking the suit but never ripping it off.
The problem? When the music stops, so does the conviction.
Venom slithers back.
The ego reattaches.
Nothing actually changes.

VENOM is about real surrender.
Not hype. Not lights. Not worship tears that fade in the parking lot.

It’s about climbing that lonely tower, choosing to rip off the flesh even when it hurts.
