The train I boarded this time is a sightseeing train in Nagano called "Rokumon," which was remodelled at a cost of 100 MILLION yen from a conventional train.
The interior was decorated so elegantly that it was exciting enough just to walk around it!!!
Most Japanese trains are designed specifically for practicality and it is very rare to see such a spacious train interior!
Each station on this train trip was unique, and I had some good eats as I snacked around them.
The Ekiben (boxed lunches) is also one of the best parts of traveling on trains in Japan!
These are a must-try if you are ever here!!
There are many different varieties to choose from, and trust me when I say they are all very delicious.
