Exclusive Look Inside IQ Pro Security Metal Cabinet Features

In our last video we checked out the plastic cabinet variant of the IQ Pro system which offers a similar experience to the IQ Hardwire translator. The Metal Cabinet, however, provides a much more familiar feel of a standard hardwired system, providing more space, and a little customization if necessary. The most notable difference though, is the fin attached to the top of the metal cabinet. This fin is designed to act as an antenna for the IQ Pros wireless components, such as the wireless receiver, cellular card and wifi card. The cabinet itself is also quite a bit larger than standard hardwired system cabinets giving you more room to expand the hardwired side of your system without the need for additional cabinets.

For those unfamiliar with the IQ Pro, the system itself is a combination of the DSC NEO alarm system and the IQ Panel 4 from Qolsys.
