Hi my loves! So I apologize it took this long to create a video like this! I know some of my tutorials must be hard to follow because I do have slightly large eyes/eyelids.. I wanted to show you a technique i've used for clients with smaller/hooded eyes! I hope this helps! Leave comments below on what you want to see next!
