Today’s session is going to be a little different and super fun — we’re doing a Full Body Socks Workout.
This practice will:
✅ Strengthen and tone your entire body
✅ Improve balance, stability & mobility
✅ Challenge your core in a playful way
✅ Add a fresh twist to your regular yoga-inspired workouts
All you need is a pair of socks and some floor space — no fancy equipment required!
This 40-minute class is beginner to intermediate-friendly, and I’ll guide you step by step to make it mindful, safe, and effective.
