This time I brew a Pale ale using only azacca hop just to find out what azacca hop bring to the beer here is the recipe.
BrewHouse efficiency 82% recipe for 15 gal final
Grain Bill: 10.25 kg Pale 2 row
500g White Wheat Malt
500g Crystal 20º
300g Cara Pils
22 gal of water total volume
it was a single infusion 65ºC per 60 min
40g azacca 12.8% alfa acid 60 min
60g azacca 12.8% alfa acid 15 min
60g azacca 12.8% alfa acid hop stand at 80ºC
yeast BRY-97 lallemand
