Nitazene The Frankenstein Drug

Nitazene is a general name for the compounds Isonitazene,Metonitazene,Protonitazene,Itonitazene,. these compounds were developed in the 1950s by Seba Gale in order to find a less addicting Opiate for pain relief. They turned out to be so high risk and overdose and death that they were never used. They entered the street as Drugs of abuse five years ago. And now they are killing people. Why are these compounds killing people. The compounds are much more potent at the new opioid receptor than morphine. For example, isonatazene is 500 times  more potent than morphine METO night is 100 times more than morphine ,protonitazene is 200 times more potent than morphine itonitazene is 4,300 times more potent that morphine  but these drugs are nowhere as potent as fentanyl and the most potent drug at the receptor is fentanyl so why are they so dangerous and why are they killing so many people. The reason is their KD value is so high. What does that mean? That means that their affinity they’re binding they’re latching onto the receptor is stronger than just about anything else out there. so if someone overdose on a magazine, you can’t get them off the receptor. There are two concepts here how it stimulates the receptor and how hard it latches on these are not the most potent stimulators, but they latch on the receptor and you can’t get them off even at higher doses of naltrexone and naloxone so once someone’s on them and they overdose, it will stimulate the receptor, causing respiratory depression and deaf. That is why they’re so dangerous.
