In this video we repair a Sony TC-W365 cassette deck. We replace the belts, do some detective work on the electronics and modify and install a new EG-530KD-2F motor. Since the original motor is an EG-530KD-2B motor, we modify the 2F motor to get it running in the correct direction. The EG-350KD-2B doesn't seem to be available anymore.
