● Isinagawa ng Sandatahang Lakas ng Pilipinas (AFP) at ng Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) ang ika-3 PH–JPN Bilateral Maritime Cooperative Activity (MCA) noong ika-29 ng Nobyembre 2025 sa West Philippine Sea, na nagpapatuloy sa matatag na paglago ng kooperasyon sa depensa sa pagitan ng dalawang bansa.

● Iniulat ng ahensya ng balitang Xinhua na pinapatakbo ng estado na bahagi ito ng hakbang ng Tsina na "matatag na pangalagaan ang soberanya, mga karapatan sa dagat, at mga interes nito," ayon sa Reuters.

Nang hingan ng komento, pinabulaanan ng tagapagsalita ng PCG para sa West Philippine Sea (WPS) na si Commodore Jay Tarriela ang pahayag ng Tsina, na sinasabing ang mga barko ng huli ay hindi tumugon sa mga hamon na ginawa ng mga barko ng Pilipinas.
