धरान उपमहानगरपालिकाका मेयर एवं श्रम संस्कृति पार्टीका अध्यक्ष हर्क साम्पाङले नेपालका पुराना राजनीतिक दल र तिनका नेताहरूसँग देश बनाउने कुनै भिजन नभएको आरोप लगाएका छन्। निर्वाचन आयोगमा दल दर्ता भएपछि पहिलो पटक काठमाडौंको सिफल चौरमा आयोजित पार्टीको पहिलो औपचारिक सभालाई सम्बोधन गर्दै साम्पाङले वर्तमान नेतृत्वप्रति आक्रोश पोखेका हुन्। संगठन बिस्तार तथा पार्टी प्रवेश कार्यक्रम’ नाम दिइएको उक्त सभामा बोल्दै उनले देश अहिले अभिभावकविहीन र नेतृत्वविहीन अवस्थामा पुगेको टिप्पणी गरे।

Addressing the party's first formal meeting held at Sifal Chaur in Kathmandu for the first time after the party was registered with the Election Commission, Sampang expressed his anger at the current leadership.
Speaking at the meeting titled 'Organization Expansion and Party Entry Program', he commented that the country has now reached a state of guardianlessness and leaderlessness.
