Reb replaced the previous Tank Coat racer from the first Cars movie, Eugene Carbureski. He'll most likely not speak; he'll be one of the background racers. In Cars 3, the next generation Tank Coat racer, Rich Mixon, will replace him. Reb is a different model from Eugene and has a new paint job. He's currently only available as a single and in the Desert Race 11-Pack.
